Zucchini, green capsicum, brocoli, onion, nutritional yeast and lots of olive oil. The sauce is made from tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, whizzed in a blender and reduced on the stove until thick and fragrant.
