Super toast - wholewheat roll with chilli hummos, sliced tomatoes, nutritional yeast, toasted seeds, salt and pepper.
Home-made hummos with Sophie  and Louise’s purple cabbage kim chi and toasted seeds on sourdough  toast.
I make hummos all the time and don’t use precise measurements, but if  you want to make your own combine all of these ingredients in a food  processor, tasting and adjusting flavours as you go:From most to  least: cooked chickpeas, tahini, water, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice,  salt (optional - paprika, cayanne, chilli)
Toasted everything muesli with roasted apples and coconut milk.
The muesli I made by mixing 1/3 cup brown sugar with 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil and a teaspoon of cinnamon, HEAPS of rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pepitas, walnuts, cashews, almonds and coconut flakes. I spread this on a tray and baked in the oven at around 180C until everything started to go a little bit golden. I then chucked everything back into a bowl and mixed in sultanas, chopped dates, chopped dried apricots and dried cranberries. I spread it all out on a tray again to let it cool before storing it in an airtight jar.
